TWO people sustained injuries when the driver lost control and hit a sign post in Seaslopes, near Margate on Sunday evening.

Paramedics from Kwazulu Private Ambulance were called to the scene to attend to the driver and his passenger.

SAPS is investigating further.

In a separate incident on Friday evening, three people were injured after a bakkie landed in a river on the P200 in Izotsha.

The driver and his two passengers were seriously injured when he lost control of the vehicle, which left the road.

All three were stabilised and transported to hospital by various ambulance services. - Supplied.
