UGU Athletics club celebrated another year of success when they hosted their year-end banquet on Saturday, December 8 at Port Shepstone Secondary School. The team of athletic achievers definitely put the South Coast on the map with their commitment and dedication to each kilometre they ran, on a social or competitive level. This year the club excelled in a number of races throughout the country, including the Two Oceans Marathon that was held in Cape Town.

“Our runners achieved outstanding time in all races, which included the Comrades and the Two Oceans marathon. I would like to congratulate each runner and best wishes for the year to come,” said PRO Deon Chetty.
