RAPIST Mbulelo “Bule” Nondaba (26) was sentenced to nine years’ imprisonment by Port Shepstone Regional Court on 4 April.
Nodaba was arrested last year, a few days after he raped a 42-year-old woman in Gcilima.

Police spokesperson Captain Gerald Mfeka said since 19 June, 2015 Nondaba has been appearing in court and this month he was finally convicted.
The case was investigated by Detective Constable Joel Shezi of Ugu Family Child and Sexual Offences Unit, who worked around the clock to get the suspect convicted and sentenced.

“Nondaba has been convicted to nine years’ imprisonment and furthermore, has been found unfit to possess a firearm. We commend Detective Shezi for the arrest and also the members of the community who worked with the police,” said Mfeka.
