LOCAL youth leader and motivational speaker Phumlani Mzobe has been appointed as a resident motivational speaker at Radio Sunny South.

Speaking of his appointment, Mzobe said he is excited because motivating the youth is his life’s mission. He said he founded the Phumlani M Foundation in 2012 with the sole purpose of motivating the youth using a variety of projects.

Mzobe’s new slot will be named Vuka Mtomusha with Phumlani Mzobe, and will air on the station every Thursday from 5.15 pm to 5.30 pm.

It will form part of the Zwakala Afternoon Drive show hosted by Caphuna and DP Man, where he will unpack his inspirational experiences and share a message of hope with the youth listening to the show.

Spokesperson for the Phumlani M Foundation Sne Khuzwayo said the appointment is a proud moment for the foundation.

“The foundation is dearly fortunate to have it’s founder given such a platform because this means the message is not only shared with the organisational members but with the rest of the youth, in hopes of spreading more positivity, inspiration and greatness,” said Khuzwayo.

“Those who are within the frequency, please do tune in.

“Mr Mzobe is very excited about this new great and exciting venture. For the rest of the youth who are in need of motivation and finding direction in their lives, it is truly a proud moment to have such a leader step up to greater heights and spread his vision of positivity on a higher platform.

“Knowing the impact that this dynamic young man can have, a lot will be achieved through this slot.”
