KZN private adoption workers will be holding a workshop on Saturday 6 June for prospective adoptive parents. The venue is the upper room at Westville Methodist Church, 38 Jan Hofmeyr Road, Westville. Registration will take place at 8am and the workshop will close at 12.30pm.

All those who wish to learn more about adoption are welcome to attend. Presentations will be given by adoption social workers, adopters and adoptees will share their stories and people will be able to ask questions and network with others. andgt;andgt; The Fundanami Group of Schools is hosting an elaborate Breakfast Beach Fun Walk to raise funds for the transport costs of much needed library books collected in the United Kingdom. The event will take place on 24 May at Blythedale Beach from 9am until 3pm.

Tickets are available from the following schools: Stanger Secondary, Glenhills Secondary, Stanger ML Sultan Secondary, KwaDukuza Primary, Stanger Primary, Glenhills Primary, Mavivane Primary, Nonoti Primary and Lower Tugela Primary.
