ADVERTORIAL - what has the ACDP done since 2011?

2016-07-27 06:00

The ACDP made its debut in the KwaDukuza Council from 2011. Here is a brief outline of what the ACDP has done since then:

- The ACDP has openly opposed wasteful expenditure and countless irregularities within KwaDukuza and iLembe municipalities.

- The ACDP has improved the moral fibre of KwaDukuza, countering elements threatening our community’s dignity and moral decency, including alcohol and drug abuse, prostitution and so forth.

- The ACDP has become the conscience of the local council as the voice of truth, righteousness and fairness, and we have stood against corrupt officials and councillors.

- The ACDP has undertaken countless initiatives to assist orphanages, schools, homes for aged and families facing tragedies with food, groceries, health clinics and other programmes.

- The ACDP has marched against the abuse of women and children and abortion. We have fought against water tariff increases and have distributed thousands of litres of water to desperate residents during the water crisis.

- The ACDP has maintained consistent accountability to the residents of KwaDukuza through countless press releases, Report-Back columns and thousands of social media posts.

- The ACDP has always provided public office bearers and candidates who are people of integrity, free of scandals, corruption and criminal offences. And we will continue to do so. Our track record speaks for itself. - Supplied
