INTERNATIONAL Society for Krishna Consciousness (Iskcon) KwaDukuza will be hosting a grand Krishna Janmashtami festival on Saturday, August 25, commencing at 5 pm at the Sanathan Mundal Temple Hall in Stanger Heights.

The festival has an exciting line up of dance, drama and discourse. Supper will be served to all guests.

Guest speaker for the evening will be His Holiness Partha Sarathi Das Goswami, who is an initiated disciple of the founder of Iskcon, His Divine Grace AC Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada.

Devotional kirtans and bhajans will be rendered by Krishna Asthami Prabhu and his team of dedicated and professional musicians.

Dance items, depicting pastimes of Lord Krishna, will be performed by numerous local artists and dancers.

The function will be compered by well-known Radio Lotus personality and 2015 Miss India SA winner Krishna Priya Dasa.
