KWADUKUZA Private Hospital (KPH) joined hands with the South African blood Services (SANBS) to host a blood drive at the facilities day ward recently.

The blood donor clinic was successful with the public and KPH staff donating blood.

According to SANBS, blood is needed more than ever during the festive season.

“We would like to take this opportunity to thank the donors for attending our blood drive at KwaDukuza Private Hospital.

“We are also grateful to the KPH management and staff for their warm welcome.

“We would like to encourage more people to educate themselves about the importance of donating blood — your one unit of blood saves three lives.

“Your continued support and willingness to host blood drives is highly appreciated,” said sister Zandile Muthwa. -Supplied.
