DARNALL United Darts Club stayed undefeated in round one of the UNL Produce League.

Wednesday night was a real tester for the Red Gold team to bring Darnall United down to their knees and the Darnall team did not appear prepared on the night. However, the first frame was evenly poised as the scores were 2-2. The second frame was a repeat once more with the

scores tied 2-2. In the third frame Darnall went ahead, winning 3-1.

With the scores 7-5, Red Gold put up a real fight, however this was short lived as the Darnall team snatched victory in the last frame, scoring 3-1 to sit top of the leader board in the UNL Produce League round one, undefeated.

In other games, Singh’s Fireworks beat Dhan’s Auto 10-6 to claim the second spot of round one.

The Dolphin Coast Fresh Produce League will be played in a team doubles match tonight (June 20).

The association thanked Dolphin Coast Fresh Produce for their generous sponsorship.
