DHAN’S Auto Darts Club continued their rich vein of victories in the Strini Motors League.

A fortnight ago, Dhan’s Auto stopped Darnall United’s run with an impressive 6-3 win.

Wednesday night saw the Dhan’s Auto team of Justin Naidoo, Vasa Rungasamy, Jodie Naidoo and Charlie Pillay outplay Singh’s Fireworks Darts team.

Dhan’s Auto started the team games (1001) on a high, winning the first two games to lead 2-0. However, Singh’s Fireworks quickly revamped and won the third game to trail 2-1.

With the doubles game to go, Dhan’s Auto once again won the pairs event to lead 4-1.

With four singles game to go, Singh’s Fireworks team had to dig deep into their pockets to salvage some pride. However, this was short lived as Justin beat Meersingh Soobram in the opening game to give Dhan’s a 5-1 lead.

The second and third game saw Sanjay Singh and Paddy Padayachee beat Rungasamy and Jodie to take the scores to 5-3.

The final game saw Pillay beat Ajen Singh to give Dhan’s Auto a 6-3 victory to stay at the summit of the log table. In the other game, newcomers Red Gold Darts Club beat the more fancied Quartz Darts Club 6-3.
