Free aerobics for Maphumulo

IN an effort to promote a healthy lifestyle, the Department of Sport and Recreation in the iLembe District has established aerobics classes for the community of Maphumulo.

The programme which was launched yesterday, Tuesday 12 April, will be held every week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at the Maphumulo Town Hall at 4pm.
It will then be rolled out in all wards.

The aim of the aerobics programme is to encouraging a healthy lifestyle amongst people of iLembe and fight obesity.
Under the slogan “It takes a few moves to look great and feel healthy”, the programme targets both gym going enthusiasts and beginners.
