KWADUKUZA Athletics Club (KDAC) athletes have reached the tail end of their training for Comrades 2017.
With just a few days to go, seven KDAC members will be at the starting line of the 2017 Comrades Marathon on Sunday, June 4.

Danny Sewmungal, Dippy Moodley, Thulani Zungu, Rajen Padayachee, Roshan Chalithar, Nkosinathi Cele and Philani Mkize are in a rest period now after months of vigorous training for the up run from Durban to Pietermaritzburg.

The finish venue has been changed to Scottsville Race Course after 15 years.
All runners are hoping to be blessed with cool and overcast weather for the day.

In other news, KDAC held a very successful President's Walk on Saturday afternoon.
Nikeyi Marbeel, President of KDAC was overjoyed to see a good response from athletes and well-wishers.
Members were treated to sumptuous snacks after a walk around Stanger Manor. - Supplied.
