TWENTY-seven-year-old beauty Lee Ramnarian is representing KwaDukuza as a finalist in the Mrs Zululand beauty pageant.
Ramnarian, a mother-of-two with a passion for helping others, said her inspiration comes from her mother and sister, who introduced her to the pageant.
She said the pageant is a way to make her dreams come true and with the love and support of her husband, she is on her way.
According to Ramnarian, the Mrs Zululand pageant is not just a beauty pageant, it's a platform for women of different races and cultures turning to each other for comfort and support and telling their stories of hardship and pain.
The pageant concentrates on married, divorced and widowed women between the ages of 25 to 55. Ramnarain said she wants to take the pageant to a whole new level and needs your help with sponsorships in cash or kind.

Contributions of clothes, socks, non-perishable items (can food, soups, etc), story books, blankets, toys, powdered milk, colouring books, crayons and sanitary items would be appreciated.
The charity of her choice will benefit from the help of her fellow community members.
Ramnarain thanked Redd Tile, Ballito who sponsored her as a semi-finalist and made her journey possible.

She also thanked also Dr Yatin Naidoo who was her first silver sponsor as a finalist: “Thank you for believing in me.”
Her message to all the young woman is: “If you make a mistake or go through hardships, it's not the end of the world.

“We should not let the downfall of others stop us from dreaming and achieving.

“There is a time and place for everything, we just have to create our own path one step at a time.”
If you would like to assist Ramnarain you can contact her on 078 456 0568 or Whatsapp her for more information.
