AFTER being recognised as the best public servant of the year 2014/2015 in the Department of Justice and Constitutional Development in the Premier’s awards, Jali Mtyawazo Nzuza, a language practitioner at the KwaDukuza Magistrate’s Court, is thrilled about his latest addition to his plaque collection.

Nzuzo was award gold as the best court interpreter and model manager in South Africa at the service excellence award gala event hosted recently.

“I am proud of my achievements,” Nzuzo said. “But my achievements do not mean I have a big ego, I remain humble and blessed, and I will continue to do work my work and serve the people of KwaDukuza,” he added.

This multilingual individual, with years of experience working in different courts throughout the province, is passionate about his work as an interpreter and believes in going the extra mile when helping others.

“I help out in the small claims court and sometimes I help out in the domestic violence section,” said Nzuzo.
