THE Noble Leaders Foundation held its first session of a 10-month programme titled “Live to Lead”, which targets young people from all walks of life within the iLembe District, at the KwaDukuza Town Hall on March 3.

The programme aims to assist young people to convert their potential into actual success by developing, nurturing and bolstering their confidence.

The long-term objective of the organisation is to empower the youth to become leaders of today and tomorrow by equipping them with innovative mechanisms, leadership systems, entrepreneurship development and personal development to assist them in decision-making, taking initiatives, and driving change.

Noble Leaders Foundation chairperson Emmanuel Ngcobo opened the programme with the talk titled Laying the Foundations.

In his presentation, he emphasised the importance of building and knowing yourself.

“Think first, before thinking, develop yourself, build inside, possess the right knowledge and build emotions,” he said.

The programme comprises a network of speakers from diverse professions and business sectors, including doctors, professors, entrepreneurs and professionals from different sectors who will exchange their knowledge in the forthcoming months at no cost.

Recognition of attendance may be given at the end of the programme. The next session will be taking place in April tilted Finding your Purpose and the community is invited to attend.
