MANOR Cricket Club notched up a quick double victory this long weekend.

On Friday Manor took on Oceanville Cricket Club in the 50 over league.

Manor won the toss and was elected to bat, scoring 228-9 in 50 overs.

Top scorers were Cameron Pillay with 65, Aron Pillay with 27 and Adesh
Bageloo with 23 for Manor.

The pick of the Oceanville bowlers where Jerano
Govender 10 overs 3 wickets 40 runs and Rajiv Ramsing 10 overs 29 runs 2 wickets.

In reply Oceanville was 162 all out 35.3 overs only
Sashen top scoring with 53.

The pick of Manor bowlers were
Maureen Lognathan 7 overs 1 maiden 4 wickets for 27 runs, Aron Pillay making his return after long injury absence, 8 overs 3 wickets for 45 runs and Desigan
Pillay 10 overs 2 wickets for 32 runs, Manor won by 66 runs.

On Sunday Manor A continued their unbeaten run in the T20 A league defeating Flipside by 9 wickets.

Manor lost the toss and were asked to bowl, bundling
Flipside out for 49 runs in 9 overs.

The pick of the Manor bowlers was Desigan Pillay 4 overs 4 wickets For 17 runs, Yusuf Banda 3 overs 3 wickets for 4 runs. Sashin Sadayen bowled a miserly spell of 4 overs for 4 runs upfront.

Manor A cantered to victory in 5.2 overs for the loss of one wicket and remain undefeated in the A league this season.
