THE Noble Leaders Foundation hosted a leadership and skills seminar at the KwaDukuza Town Hall on Saturday, May 12.

Approximately 70 youth from around KwaDukuza were equipped with leadership skills and knowledge at this seminar.

Founder of The Noble Leaders Foundation Emanuel Ngcobo said that the organisation is aimed at developing a new generation of noble leaders that will have global impact.

“Our territory raised great leaders in the likes of Chief Albert Luthuli and it’s imperative that their calibre of leadership is restored if we want to see significant change in our nation and the world at large,” said Ngcobo.

The Noble Leaders Foundation seeks to inspire, empower and train leaders with a difference.

Their initial programme commenced in February and is called “Live to Lead” which is a 10 month programme developed to expose youth to leadership skills at no charge.

Nsikelelo Gcwabaza, founder and CEO of Resilience Group, was the guest speaker at the leadership seminar who empowered the youth by presenting on strategy and transformational leadership and personal mastery.

Gcwabaza challenged the perception of leadership by stating that ultimately leadership is self-discovery and the choice you make to change.

Youth left the seminar encouraged to know their purpose and to transform their lives so that they can make a difference wherever they are.

The next session will take place on June 30 at the iLembe Auditorium at no cost commencing at 9 am.
