THE newly formed URL Sports Association hosted their first Junior Social District Friendly U9, U11, U13 outdoor recently.

Marshmallow FC faced Glenhills Sporting in the various age groups.

Both teams performed well with the following results:

Under 9:

Glenhills Sporting (7) vs Marshmallow (0)

Und er 11:

Marshmallow Fc (11) vs Glenhills Sporting (2)

Under 13:

Marshmallow Fc (13) vs Glenhills Sporting (0)

Teams, clubs and coaches from different areas within the community who would like to join the programme can contact Ismail Gori on 072 443 5910.
The aim of the organisation is to start a mini junior social league for the youth of the community.
