Celebrate your cultural heritage

2015-09-17 06:00

Cultural heritage supposedly provides an automatic sense of unity of belonging to a group, which allows you better understanding of previous generations and where you come from.

The YMCO Uitenhage in conjunction with Dalrose Primary School will on Wednesday, September 23rd conduct a programme in celebration of Heritage Day.

“Our heritage is unique and it helps us to define our cultural identity. It is important for children to know where they come from. Our heritage confirms and deepens the understanding of the diverse culture of a ‘Rainbow Nation,” said Charles Anthony from YMCO Uitenhage.
