RE/MAX Above and Beyond Uitenhage “Buffini” graduates are seeing incredible results from their training.

Mentored by David Ross and Les Olivier, co-owners of RE/MAX Above and Beyond, the RE/MAX team all successfully completed the 100 Days to Greatness training programme.

“This is the most powerful lead generation system the real estate industry has ever seen, a fast track to success which is available to RE/MAX South Africa agents exclusively,” said Les Olivier.

“Our agents have embraced the 100 Days to Greatness programme and their results speak for themselves. It’s incredible.”

The programme is a dynamic, step-by-step activity-based sales training programme teaching the fundamentals of working by referral.

It combines video-based training from industry expert Brian Buffini, role-playing exercises and action steps – all for a comprehensive, practical learning experience.

No matter where you are on your career path, 100 Days to Greatness will show you how to increase your personal and professional effectiveness, provide excellent customer service, market to your clients and build a loyal client database. You’ll generate a steady stream of high-quality referrals and grow a built-to-last business as a result!
