From gutter, painting, boundary walls, new doors to new homes, Janu H-Builders can assist in all building and maintenance requirements.

During 2002 Janu Hancke started assisting his father, Julian Hancke Director of JH Builders, in the development of property, especially townhouse complexes.

This evolved in Janu establishing Janu H-Builders during 2006. The business is a registered member of National Home Builders Registration Council (NHBRC) and Janu has successfully passed all the necessary exams.

Ever since Janu H-Builders has undertaken a range of projects in the building construction industry. This includes Milkwood Villas in Despatch, Heerengracht (second phase) in Uitenhage, Stellenbergh Close in Despatch as well as Iona Villas in Despatch.

Repair work & alterations

Janu H-Builders extended its involvement in the building environment during 2010, by adding repairing of existing building structures to their field of expertise. This includes alterations of buildings to give them a new form and function.

Janu personally liases with clients, in working out the best way to undertake a project. He supplies quotes, arranges plans for the project with local authorities, makes calculations regarding quantities of material needed, supervises the project and co-ordinates the activities of the building team and other staff.

Janu H-Builders is well known for its quality property maintenance for numerous body corporates of townhouse complexes, schools, tertiary institutions, churches and factories. He is a vendor for many insurance companies and assists them with many claims, reports and work.

Janu has expanded his working area to Port Elizabeth, Kirkwood, Steytlerville, Jansenville, Jeffreys Bay and Colchester.
