All car and motorcycle enthusiasts are invited to show off their wheels, while having complimentary coffee and biscuits at the Speedyquip Cars and Coffee Show which will be held tomorrow.

One of the cars on the show, will be the 1934 Ford V8 Roadster, in Street Rod format – owned by Marius Greeff.

A Free State visit resulted in a 10 year project to rebuild the car, assisted by a few friends and understanding/supportive family.

Many trim bits and pieces were imported from the USA, where the parts are usually available.

Some parts had to be manufactured by craftsmen in Port Elizabeth and surrounds- example: the stainless steel grille surround, and windscreen frame.

The Speedyquip Cars and Coffee Show will take place from 08:00 to 12:00 at 3 Prince Alfred Road, in North End, Port Elizabeth.

There is no charge for exhibitors or the public. Free coffee and biscuits are available. Animal Welfare Society will have a food stall – for their funds.
