A former resident from Despatch, Charlene Dowling was crowned Mrs Eastern Cape 2016.

For the duration of the year of her reign, she will be involved at the Imfundo Educare Project in Malabar Extension 6, Port Elizabeth.

“I would like to reach out to companies or individuals to assist me in making a difference in the lives of the little ones I work with in Malabar,” said Dowling.

“Any kind of donation whether it be food, clothes or school items will be much appreciated.”
