Buchule Sibaca (26) an entrepreneur, visionary leader and founder of Sibaca and Maduna (SMTAX) was born and raised at the home of VWSA, Uitenhage, and was destined for greatness.
He started school at Uitenhage Convent Primary and completed his matric at Muir College in 2009.
Nowadays Sibaca is the CEO of SMTAX, a leading online tax and advisory company in Cape Town. SMTAX recently joined forces with entrepreneur Luvuyo Rani of Silulo Technologies.
Former school teacher Rani is well-known as the businessman who started his IT business from the boot of his car. Silulo has to date won various awards, locally and internationally.
SMTAX will provide Silulo Ulutho Technologies with an e-commerce business platform that will enable Silulo clients access to business-related services.
Sibaca said the partnership empowers people through innovative online business solutions, thereby increasing the financial inclusion of previously disadvantaged Africans.
“Our goal at SMTAX is to make starting and running a business as seamless as possible, and to better connect our clients with the right financial information anytime, anywhere and from any device.”
SMTAX, raking in a valuation of R26m, was founded by Sibaca, who is passionate about empowering black businesses.
