A Galaxy of stars will be making their way to the Sunday’s River Valley to perform on the giant Adventure Province Main Stage at this year’s SPAR Kirkwood Wildsfees.

The festival for the whole family roars into action tomorrow when over 350 specialist stalls open for business, and the action starts.

Centrepiece for many festival goers is the giant Adventure Province Stage, which is sponsored by the Eastern Cape Parks and Tourism Agency.

“This year’s festival is all about embracing your wild through all four seasons of the year,” says festival director Jenni Honsbein.

The Adventure Province Main Stage line-up for Friday will include: Chantelle Bosch, Gerhard Pace, Brendan Peyper, Riana Nel, Radio Kalahari Orkes, Jack Parow and Theuns Jordaan. Parental Guidance is advised for Friday’s entertainment line-up.

Saturday, July 1 entertainment line-up will be starting earlier than usual at the request of festival goers. The line-up includes: Elandre Schwartz, Willem Botha, Liezel Pieters, Ray Dylan, Elizma Theron, Nicholis Louw, Refentse, Robbie Wessels, Juanita du Plessis, 4 Werke and Kurt Darren.

On Sunday, July 2 festival goers will be entertained by some of South Africa’s legends: Sonja Herholdt, Anton Goosen, Touch of Class, The Campbells, PJ Powers and Emo Adams.

All live entertainment – on the biggest stage in the Eastern Cape – is included in the 2017 SPAR Kirkwood Wildsfees entry fee.

Game auction

The 16th annual game auction in association with the South African National Parks will be held tomorrow from 12:00-15:00.

Boerboel show
