“WE are a community based business, focussed on delivering great service, through professionalism and efficiency, which are our driving forces.”

These are the words of Hyundai Uitenhage’s newly appointed general manager, Werner du Preez.

He was employed at a competitor brand for several years, both in the dealer network as well as customer service, before joining the Hyundai team.

“Since the launch of Hyundai in the South African market during 2000, I’ve watched the brand growing and it has been a personal favourite,” said Du Preez.

“Owing to my involvement with the motor vehicle trade, both professionally as well as a consumer, I have always been interested by the different brands’ offerings. Hyundai is synonymous with quality for money.”

As a brand Hyundai has evolved significantly over the last few years, becoming somewhat of a style icon in its own right, due to its visual appeal.

“Given the rise in market share over the years, it is clear that our consumers agree. It has proven widely popular across the different generations too, appealing to students, professionals and retirees, who want good, reliable, value for money cars,” said Du Preez.

Hyundai offers great safety features, is competitively priced and comes in various models with a myriad of features that are tailored to the end user’s wishes.

“Any successful business relies on customer support and loyalty. To achieve and maintain this, we focus on delivering excellent customer service all of the time.

“Disputes are at times unavoidable. However, we always ensure that all efforts are made to resolve such matters quickly and efficiently. We want customers to leave here happy and taken care of,” said Du Preez.
