Newly founded gospel group to perform in Rosedale

MIG Singers, a newly founded gospel group from Uitenhage will stage a gospel concert on Saturday, April 29th at the United Pentecostal Church in Rosedale.

The purpose of this event will serve as a fundraiser for their upcoming recording later in the year.

MIG Singers comprise Tramaine Fortuin, Joslyn Fortuin, Kalay Fortuin, Lucritia Jacobs, Lecoln Migels, Darron Jordaan and Damian Jacobs. The group of young artists’ vision is clear, to prove to others in their age group that there is hope through art and music.

The group, which operates under the auspices of MIG Record Company, will perform songs in Afrikaans, English and isi-Xhosa and will be backed by a band from Cape Town.

Supporting artists acts include Reece Moses, who was crowned runner-up during the PFM Community Radio Station Competition at the Allanridge Civic Centre, as well as Cecil D Stevens and Restoration Gospel Group from KwaNobuhle.

Tickets are available from MIG Singers at R60 per person.
