Die Oos-Kaapse polisie is op soek na die bestuurder van ’n blou Volkswagen Up-motor wat glo Sondagoggend in ’n tref-en-trap-ongeluk betrokke was.

Rowan de Vos (31) van Gerald Smith-woonbuurt, is Sondagoggend omstreeks 03:00 in Caledonstraat op Uitenhage omgery. Volgens die polisie het ooggetuies beweer De Vos het langs die pad gestap toe ’n blou Volkswagen Up, wat in die rigting van Despatch gery het, hom raakgery het. De Vos is op die toneel dood, sê sers. Majola Nkohli, polisiewoordvoerder. Die motorbestuurder het nie stilgehou nie. Enigeen wat inligting oor die voorval het, word gevra om sers. Aretha Sam, ondersoekbeampte, te bel by 041 996 4500.
