IN a Week of Random Acts of Kindness, or in short #WRAK Week, the principal of Riebeek College, Kieran Stear, took time out from her hectic office schedule to visit the Grade 4s to read books to them.

The girls loved their story telling from their principal, who is an avid reader herself and a member of a local book club.

The principal promotes reading as a valuable activity to engage the mind.

WRAK Week was held in collaboration with National Book Week, early September.

It was also Riebeek College’s week of random acts of kindness to fit in with their Ubuntu theme and their Mandela100@Riebeek100+ acts of kindness campaign.
