The last group of three finalists in the UD News Miss Matric Dance competition have been chosen.

They are Misha Meintjies from Despatch High School, Carlyn van der Westhuizen from Riebeek College Girls High School and Amber Allison from Strelitzia High School.

They are all one step closer to being crowned the first ever UD News Miss Matric Dance and in turn will win fabulous prizes.

Vote for favourite wildcard entry

Entries to the competition have now closed and it is now up to the public to vote for their favourite wildcard entry, which will then be the last and tenth finalist in this year’s Miss Matric Dance.

To vote for your favourite wildcard, go to our Facebook page (UD News|Nuus) and find the Miss Matric Dance Wildcard Finalists album (look under photos).

To vote for your favourite girl, simply click “like” on her photo. The girl with the most “likes” will be the tenth and last finalist in the competition.

The voting closes at 15:00 on Thursday, November 26.

Great prizes

) A Vodafone Smart Android tablet, valued at R1 000 courtesy of Vodacom Shop Summerstrand and Vodacom 4U Greenacres

) A voucher for a hot stone back, neck and shoulder massage, an Elements pedicure and gel overlay on nails; worth R700 from Elements Spa in Uitenhage

) A studio photo shoot by Jolene Oelofse Photography and all the images on a CD.

) The top three finalists will each also receive a Channel Set Crystal Combination Ring in a trendy colour to the value of R550, courtesy of Jenni Gault International.
