Johannesburg - Two men were arrested for possession of suspected stolen property at the Total Petroport along the N3 on Monday morning, police said.

Police had stopped and searched the minibus taxi they were in, which was travelling form Standerton, in Mpumalanga, to Johannesburg, Heidelberg police station spokesperson Thivulawi Tshilate said.

They two, aged 19 and 23, allegedly had two stolen LCD TVs, laptops, headphones, and car keys for a Volkswagen in their possession. The goods were worth about R15 000.

They will appear in the Heidelberg Magistrate's Court soon.
