Johannesburg - Two men died in an early morning collision between two trucks in Kibler Park, Johannesburg emergency services said on Tuesday.

The 05:30 accident apparently happened when one of the trucks drifted into oncoming traffic near the corner of Duiker and Gazelle roads, spokesperson Synock Matobako said.

Two others were seriously injured and taken to Chris Hani Baragwanath and Natalspruit hospitals.

Early morning traffic coming from Lenasia into the city and towards Alberton was backed up as paramedics worked to clear the accident scene.

May they RIP. I do wonder how many of our road accidents are caused by drivers using their cellphones without a hands-free-kit when driving. Probably a hell of a lot.

Yes. I believe that many of these accidents are caused through too long working hours and not enough sleep. Greedy owners????
