Durban - A crack team of private investigators and police have arrested three men in connection with the murder of a Morningside businessman, who was killed by gunmen who stormed his travel agency on Monday. Shaheen Sulieman, of Magma Security and Investigations, said the gunmen had stormed into the travel agency with the intention of robbing it. "During the course of the robbery there was a shooting incident and an elderly man, Hoosen Dhoda, was killed," he said. Sulieman said that the company, Royal Travel Agency, had retained his services to investigate the murder. "We have been working around the clock since we were asked to help with this investigation on Monday. We quickly got information on the suspects we believe are involved in this matter and have been hot on their heels," he said. Sulieman added that their probe bore fruit when they managed to corner one of the alleged gunmen in Umlazi late on Thursday night. "We arrested one man shortly before midnight and then we got two more while working through the night. As soon as we got information, we contacted the police’s National Intervention Unit and worked closely with them," he said.
