ANC wishes matrics well for exams

2012-10-22 07:23

Johannesburg - The ANC wished matric pupils well for their exams, which begin on Monday.

"We attach importance in the effort by all students to register impressive marks as they complete their high school level in preparation to proceed to tertiary levels," spokesperson Keith Khoza said in a statement on Sunday.

Doing well in matric exams was a crucial step towards equipping the pupils with the skills they would need to contribute to the country in the future, Khoza said.

"We are hopeful that the effort made by the department of basic education, teachers, school governing bodies and parents to prepare matriculants will build on previous successes..."

The African National Congress urged all South Africans to support matrics in their preparations for the final exams.

To those without books from the ANC, you'll need all the luck.

Yes, the ANC urges all South Africans to support the matrics, but where was the ANC when they had to deliver books to the poor pupils earlier in the year? It's too late now. It is going to be interesting to hear the excuses when the results of this year's exam are shocking. Firstly they'll blame apartheid, then they'll say there is a white imperialist force at work trying to prevent black children from succeeding..

Do you really need luck, when all it now takes is 30% to pass matric. After which you’ll be congratulated and be given a preferred university entrance.

Even without books 29% for maths should be attainable..........

ROFL, The cheek of the cANCer. They deliver books one week before the exams start and then wish them well? The cANCer's plan of dumbing the nation is working really well. Vote them out before you starve.
