Johannesburg - The body of an abducted teenage girl was found lying in the bushes in Matikoxikaya, near Phalaborwa, Limpopo police said on Saturday.

The 18-year-old was abducted at her home early on Friday morning while she was sleeping, Lieutenant Colonel Mohale Ramatseba said.

"It is alleged two suspects broke into the house at about 03:00 in the morning and kidnapped the victim. She was allegedly assaulted."

Ramatseba said at the time of the abduction, the girl's parents were not home.

"The girl's 1-year-old was at the house as well as another teenager who can't give us information because she is mute," said Ramatseba.

A search of the area was conducted and her body was found in the bushes at about 16:00 on Friday.

"She was allegedly strangled as she was having no visible wounds."

Police were not ruling out that the girl could have been raped before being killed.

No arrests have been made and police called for anyone with information to come forward.

Africa problem what a complicated country. Some understand some dont. Some want you to accept this and be part of it. Some blame apartheid. In the end every thing alive wants to stay alive and in doing so we differ and it can also be called apartheid or survival.

Lets hope that the culprits are brought to justice, life imprisonment, hard labour, harsh treatment, no chance ever of parole. We need a more motivated police force, of greater numbers, and of greater effiecency and skill, together with the public will to eliminate every criminal in this country. Unfortunately we have too many criminal sympathisers, and mamby pamby idiots who are more concerned about the criminals rights than the rights of the victims.

This is where I hope the community finds them and pure justice is served, because our justice system doesn't work...

I am starting to question myself if whether the situation at resident evil is starting to take place here in our country...why did they kill a young mother for no reason. I think we should take mattters into our own hands now. More innocent defenseless people who live in isolated places and rural areas are going to lose their lives if this keeps going on.
