Cape Town - Another child has gone missing in Cape Town, this time in Kraaifontein, and just days after the disappearance of a 6-year-old girl in Hanover Park.

Bukho Mktyalwa, 4, was last seen in a playground in Wallacedene on Wednesday afternoon, according to a missing child alert by The Pink Ladies on Thursday.

The boy was wearing a blue tracksuit top, red gumboots and white/red chequered pants.

Western Cape police did not immediately respond to a query on whether a search would be launched for the boy.

A search for Shasha-Lee November entered its fourth day on Thursday, with residents, police officers and members of non-government organisations combing the streets.

She was last seen playing with friends near her home on Sunday afternoon.

Her disappearance was only reported to police on Monday.

The SA Police Service had since tasked officers looking for her to set up a joint operation centre at Phillipi police station. They were also circulating information.

Community leader Ricardo Sedries told News24 that rumours had been flying around about the girl’s body being found but that it was not true.

The Pink Ladies’ Dessie Rechner said anyone with information about either of the children could contact their national number on 072 214 7439.
