      Jason - 2012-01-13 08:50

Pawel Poniatowski, firstly what does this have to do with any political party in SA, secondly 8 people are dead, families have lost there loved ones and this is your comment - your a f*cken idiot, thirdly rather comment on stuff happening in California such as the convicted rapist who killed his wife in front of 2 children, and that gang member who murdered the 14 year old girl in an abandoned house you f*cken retarded polish w@nker!! its not so hot in California now is it??

      Nitro - 2012-01-13 09:13

S.A. Police are at this moment searching for a man named Pavel with Alzheimers who is wandeering around in a confused fog where his mind used to be.

      darryl.maze1 - 2012-01-13 09:54

@Pawel: See u just another brainless idiot. What the hell has the DA got to do with this? This is the Transport ministers fault which is ANC and yet he still has done nothing to control these reckless taxi drivers. Innocent ppl are dying on our roads because of these idiots and because the minster is doing nothing about it. So long as he is getting paid a fat salary he is happy. Just shows money is more important to him than ppl's lives.

When is something going to be done about the taxi industry. This is a form of genocide. Every day a at least one group of people die in a taxi. Then there are the hundreds hurt - some permanently disabled. Add to this all the innocent people killed when taxis take out other vehicles. Government has got to do something.

      rynhardt.ferreira - 2012-01-13 09:12

Don't do anything about. At this rate there will be no taxis left soon :)

      MoAfrika - 2012-01-13 09:34

but typeRSA what about the people? each taxi that goes take an average of 7...this has to come to an end. Why do the reporters always say "at least" a number of people have died. I know that it could have been more, but "at least" justify the number man...if we emphasize that a whole lot of people have died then people would think of reducing the killing, as if one is not too much...its like when the driver gets in court, he can stand boldly in front of the magistrate and say "you got to shorten my sentence because "at least" I killed 9 people, I could have done worse you know"...and the magistrate looks him in the eye and say "you are much better than the one who killed 10, keep it like that, i will cut your sentence in half"...jerr

When are the authorities going to start to treat these road-thugs as they do with other motorists? I am still often amazed how these thugs get away with serious offences threatening other peoples lifes. Imagine their poor powerless passengers. Going to Bloem recently just before the cellebrations started, I was shocked to see how these thugs from Limpopo filled with passengers ignore road signs, lines, speeding etc just to stop and then start all over again. The traffic authorities are only interested in speed fines, but other road abuses are completely ignored. No wonder the death toll on our roads will never decline.

  • Nitro - 2012-01-13 09:14

    I bet it was a taxi's fault ; )

  • Nitro - 2012-01-13 09:16

I am not actually suprised because the way the taxi's drive on the open road is shocking. It does not matter if it is solid white line or not they will overtake nevermind if they can see ahead or not. Maybe they think the white line is racist and that they don't wanna follow the rules of the white line. Maybe they want a black line instead of a white line

  • wcslater - 2012-01-13 09:41

Most taxi's crab along our roads with their slick tyred wheels and smashed up bodywork but police are too busy hiding in bushes speed trapping and making an easy buck to care about pulling over unroadworthy vehicles, which I bet cause more accidents than speeding. I'm not saying speeding is acceptable but get your priorities straight SAPS! Wishful thinking I guess...

  • Nitro - 2012-01-13 10:44

Hey wena you see this SOLID white line, it's racist, I don't want to obey it's rules, i will overtake.......(few seconds later)...... BOOM!!! Eish dead dead dead

  • Etienne - 2012-01-15 18:12
