Cape Town - Anni Hindocha’s father has revealed further evidence of his daughter’s unhappiness in her relationship with Shrien Dewani, who was found not guilty of murdering her.

In an extract from his memoir, published on the Daily Mail, Vinod Hindocha, tells how Dewani asked Anni to provide him with a monthly Excel spreadsheet of her spending.

Hindocha said he also heard that Dewani wanted Anni to “fold her clothes away each night like he did and to keep everything tidy”.

On another occasion, Dewani apparently reprimanded Anni for carrying items in a plastic bag in London's Oxford Street and accused her of “acting like a tramp”, says Hindocha.

The Hindochas have long accused Dewani of controlling his wife and, after her death, manhandling her body.

The Weekend Argus also reported that Hindocha claimed Dewani held a pizza party on 19 November, a week after Anni was killed, for about 500 people. Hindocha said he found it offensive as no parties are held during the mourning period.

Dewani returned home in December last year after being acquitted of masterminding Anni’s murder while on honeymoon in Cape Town in November 2010.

Shuttle driver, Zola Tongo, is serving an 18-year jail term and Mziwamadoda Qwabe is serving 25 years for Anni’s murder. Xolile Mngeni was serving life in jail for firing the shot that killed her, but died in prison from a brain tumour in October.
