Johannesburg - Gauteng police have released more pictures of the suspected killers of a policeman in Orange Farm.

Lieutenant Colonel Lungelo Dlamini appealed to members of the public to come forward if they have any information on the killing of Constable Norman Muhlari at a train station last week.

"Anyone with information may contact the investigating officer, Colonel Wiseman Sephungu at 071 363 3730 or Crime Stop at 08600 10111 at all hours," said Dlamini.

Muhlari was killed in the early hours of Thursday morning outside the Orange Farm train station, and his colleague, a warrant officer, was assaulted. He has since been discharged from hospital.

The pair was attacked when they visited train station guards.

All their firearms were stolen.

"They were attacked by the heavily armed suspects who are part of the gang believed to be terrorising our communities," said Dlamini.
