Drug dealer arrested in Durban

Durban - A foreigner has been arrested for allegedly dealing in heroin in Durban North, KwaZulu-Natal police said on Tuesday.

The 31-year-old man was arrested at his home in Somerset Drive, Somerset Park, on Monday, Captain Thulani Zwane said.

Police seized a plastic packet containing 600g of heroin with a street value of about R180 000.

The man was expected to appear in the Verulam Magistrate's Court on Tuesday. Police said they could not disclose his nationality.
