Head on indicates one of the motorist was on the wrong side of the road. It was the same intersection where a member of the Zulu royal family drove his luxury vehicle into a bakkie, killing a couple of occupants who were on their way to church. Being from the royal family and under intoxicated, he ran away from the scene. Merely speculating, possible alcohol was a contributory cause.
