Helen Zille was correct in asking for the army to patrol the Cape Flats. These criminals need to be stopped from the sensless violence and killing. We need law and order on the Cape Flats.

Zille and Plato should do an honourable thing and step down! They are taking the Western Cape backwards by ten years for her failure to clamp down on gangsterism. Cape Town does not need any army and PAGAD has shown time and again its effectiveness in dealing with gangs. She must swallow her overbloated ego and ask them how did they manage to do it in two days!

The same PAGAD that engaged in Terror?

Phumi. Policing is not under provincial control. It is under national control, which is the ANC. The DA and Helen Zille cannot make decisions on behalf of the police. So thank you, based on your comment Zuma and the ANC should step down.

It's a pitty that innocent people always get in the way.If not for that one could have left the gangsters to sort each other out I quess.
