Help police identify N1 hit-and-run victim

Bloemfontein - Police in Winburg have appealed for help in identifying a man who was killed in a hit-and-run incident on the N1 between Winburg and Ventersburg on Tuesday night.

The incident happened just after 20:30 about 15km from Winburg. The man died on the scene. A case of culpable homicide has been opened.

The victim is estimated to be around 30 years old. He has short black curly hair, is approximately 1.6m tall and weighs just over 50kg.

He was wearing a pair of J Star blue jeans, a black and green Bob Marley T-shirt and brown leather shoes with white socks.
