Johannesburg - Two men were arrested in Primrose, on the East Rand, on Saturday for being in possession of drugs and allegedly attempting to bribe officials, Ekurhuleni metro police said.

"Police apprehended a drug dealer found in possession of 36 plastic pieces of Cat [Methcathinone], with an estimated street value of R3 600," Inspector Kobeli Mokheseng said.

Both men, aged 29 and 41, would appear in the Germiston Magistrate's Court soon.
