Durban - Three men who kidnapped a jogger, forced her back to her Glenwood home and threatened her with death remain at large.

Police spokesperson Major Thulani Zwane said that while the case was under investigation, detectives were yet to make any progress.

The dramatic ordeal for the woman, whose identity is known to News24, started while she was out on a morning run on Manning Road in Glenwood on Monday.

She was allegedly accosted by three men in a car who forced her at gunpoint into the vehicle before she was taken back to her home.

As her young sons slept in their room, the woman was believed to have been on the verge of being raped by one of her attackers when the gang was surrounded in the house by police and private security officers.
