The South Gauteng High Court will rule on whether Czech businessman and fugitive Radovan Krejcir should be moved to hospital from jail, after his lawyers filed an urgent application with the court. Watch.WATCH

Johannesburg - Czech fugitive Radovan Krejcir has arrived in the Palm Ridge Magistrate's Court to face charges of kidnapping and attempted murder following his arrest on Friday.

According to Jacaranda News, Krejcir arrived shortly after 10:00 on Monday morning. A sniffer dog went through the courtroom beforehand.

Earlier, journalist Mandy Wiener tweeted that the matter would be held in camera for "security reasons".

eNCA tweeted that Krejcir's lawyers would not be bringing a bail application, as the State still needs to add six or seven accused.
