Johannesburg - Czech fugitive and businessman Radovan Krejcir and two other men are expected to appear in the Germiston Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday for allegedly killing Sam Issa.

In the early hours of October 12, 2013, Sam Issa, 51, a Lebanese national, was shot dead as he was waiting in his Audi Q7 at the intersection of Bradford and Smith roads in Bedfordview.

A white Ford Ranger stopped next to Issa’s car and the occupants opened fire.

Private investigator Mike Bolhuis told the Saturday Star in October 2013 that Issa was a drug dealer and that Krejcir owed him R2m. An R-5 rifle was used in the shooting. Issa had apparently been pressuring Krejcir to pay him his money.

Krejcir’s co-accused are Siboniso Miya and Nkanyiso Mafunda.
