Man held for illegal firearm in E Cape

Johannesburg - A man was arrested when he was allegedly found in possession of an illegal firearm in Butterworth, Eastern Cape police said on Tuesday.

Captain Jackson Manatha said the 31-year-old man was arrested on Monday afternoon following a tip-off. "He was searched and found with a pistol that had seven rounds of ammunition."

    I want to thank our police for their contribution we really it,as crime is one of our biggest challenge but I beilive that our government has a role to play in this regard by ensuring that youth angage in things like sports,education etc and he must create jobs because unemployement is one of things that triggers crime and coruption.
