Jobe died the next day in a Butterworth hospital.

"The Butterworth Regional Court found the accused person guilty of culpable homicide today."

Ciliwe was fined R2 000 or one year's imprisonment. He was further sentenced to four years' imprisonment, which was suspended for three years on condition that he was not found guilty of violence during the suspension period.
