One does not know the facts, but going by past episodes when the policing and judicial systems are in collapse thanks to the cANCerous mob ruling the country, our black compatriots take matters into their own hands. That's why there is relatively little crime in the townships, and so much in white suburbs and farms. The message is clear.

Shm... relatively little crime? What have you been smoking! Anyhow Mob justice should not be condoned in any form! Innocent people are still murdered in such instances of "justice." "Witches," woman accused of having extramarital affairs, homosexuality... are some of the "crimes" punishable by "murder" in Africa! The courts and the justice department should be doing their jobs, before this "justice" is warped into an uncontrollable epidemic! Thank you ANC for murdering innocent people!

horrible - the problem is when someone is being attacked people stand and watch or join in so as not be attacked also. HORRIBLE!

daily in the US, wrongly accused are being exonerated through dna testing, eye witness mistakes, prosecutorial errors, police misconduct. Several of these have been death row inmates. These are mistakes made by the "professinals". In the chance the community gets it wrong in mob justice, how on earth do you justify killing/burning/maming of an innocent person to that preson & family? At least if brought to court, there is a better chance of getting it right. The community should be demanding a faster, more accountable justice system, you know, the one that brought the "spear" to court in days. Why was this "crime" of art (or not art) more important than real crimes that are caught in the vicious cycle of lost files, dropped cases and so on that it had to be rushed to court? What about the people who are affected by real crimes everyday? Spend the resources to get those cases prosecuted faster, then worry about "spear art".
